Office Manager - Construction Industry

Office based role, 9am - 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and provide general support
  • Handle office admin tasks (IT, maintenance, supplies, equipment)
  • Maintain a pleasant and efficient office environment
  • Coordinate with the IT support provider
  • Liaise with the property landlord and maintenance subcontractors
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Organize in-house and off-site activities and events
  • Assist with onboarding new team members
  • Deliver excellent customer support to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Take on additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong administrative skills and keen attention to detail
  • Confident communicator
  • Ability to work independently
