Location - Stafford, Stafforshire - 1 day in the office a week

Role

As a Mid-Level Developer, you'll be instrumental from project ideation through to deployment. Embrace the full development lifecycle, championing best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage in all stages of project development: planning, coding, testing, and deploying.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the development team and across the business.
  • Incorporate cutting-edge technology and methods into your work, continually pushing for innovation.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, both consuming and disseminating insights and experiences.

What We Need From You:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years using programming languages like PHP and JavaScript.
  • Technical Skills: Strong background in Object Oriented Programming, using 3rd party APIs, and familiarity with GitLab for version control.
  • Additional Proficiency: NodeJS, Laravel, SCSS, and creating React applications.

Desirable Skills / Things you can learn:

  • Experience or a keen interest in cloud technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Curiosity about or experience with ML/AI, with a view to applying it in real-world scenarios.
  • Expertise in building RESTful Web Services and UI components using React.
  • An interest in or experience with smartphone application development, both native and hybrid.
