They are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who is either at the beginning of their career and looking to take the next step in their career through to someone with more residential conveyancing post qualifying experience who is looking to join a firm where they can progress.
The team are very supportive but you will have autonomy to manage your own caseload and be invited to actively participate in business development activities.
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years residential conveyancing experience, this could be gained during a property focused traineeship or you may have worked within residential property as a Paralegal before qualifying. You should be familiar with managing the full range of residential conveyancing transactions including; sales, purchase, remortgage, transfer of title. The firm act for a number of developer clients and exposure to commercial property in that context is also useful.
