The ONE Group are delighted to continue their excellent partnership with Acushnet Europe and assist in the hiring of a Senior Engineering Manager for their site in St Ives.
This role will involve taking a strategic lead of the engineering & maintenance functions across their EMEA function and leading the department forward in line with business objectives.
Your position will report into a Director and you will have overarching responsibility for all maintenance, production engineering & facilities management on site. Engineering strategy, staff & budgetary management, CAPEX projects and process improvement will be your main focuses.
What will you need?
- Degree educated in a relevant engineering discipline
- Experience of management of an engineering function within a manufacturing business
- Ability to create & deliver high-level strategic plans
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels ranges from Board level to shop floor
- Evidence of developing an engineering department
