Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing informative and professional tours.
- Negotiate tenancy terms and conditions between landlords and prospective tenants.
- Secure new business opportunities and maintain a strong portfolio of properties.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and local property values.
- Work towards targets and strive to achieve personal and team goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lettings or a sales-oriented role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A strong customer service ethos with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
