Description
- Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability and delivery schedules
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock levels are maintained
- Update customer records in the company database
- Prepare quotes, using the company cost codes and ERP system
- Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange deliveries
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
