A very exciting opportunity for a scheduler/planner to join our client's company, this is a new position as our client's company is expanding.

Duties will include, but not limited to:-
- Booking staff on & off via our live system;
- Taking calls from clients to schedule staff to work (often at late notice);
- Finalising/confirming end-of-shift times on our live system;
- Taking calls from staff who may have issues on shift;
- Creating rotas for venues and events on our live system.
Ideal candidates will, therefore, need to demonstrate:-
- Good communication skills;
- Experience within facility services, fire or security industry
- PROVEN 2 years of experience working as a scheduler/planner
- Good IT skills (including Excel) and the ability to pick up the CRM system
- High level of accuracy/attention to detail;
- Proactive approach to work;
- Positive working attitude;
- The ability to multi-task (VERY IMPORTANT!!)
