Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Practitioner
Are you passionate about working with young children? Do you have a kind, patient, and understanding nature? We are looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Chorley and Leyland!
Position: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Chorley & Leyland, UK
Working Hours: Shifts can vary between 07:00 and 18:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in our early years setting.
- Support children's learning and development through engaging activities and play.
- Assist with personal care, including helping children with toileting for toddler and baby groups as needed.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure each child's needs are met.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS certificate in date or on the update service, or be willing to apply for one which we can assist with.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to support personal care routines comfortably and professionally.
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education (Level 2 or 3 NVQ, or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in an early years setting is preferred but not essential.
