An established Darlington company is looking to enhance its current finance team with the appointment of a Finance Administrator.
They are looking for a "safe pair of hands" and someone who can slot into the team quickly and easily - working closely with both the finance and operations teams.
Your new role
- Sales Ledger - production of sales invoices
- Proof of delivery audit
- Liaison with customers
- Customer query resolution
- Matching, bathing & coding of invoices
- Purchase Ledger - invoice processing
- Payroll - processing the weekly payroll
- General finance office administration - scanning, filing etc
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates with the following experience are more likely to be shortlisted for interview:-
- Working knowledge of Sage 50 and Sage 200 and Sage Payroll
- Sound Excel knowledge - be a regular user of Excel
- Previous experience of working in a busy finance team, that is based on site at the centre of the operational day to day
- Confidence to liaise with all levels of internal staff
Whilst an immediate start is available, those candidates needing to give a months' notice will be given equal consideration.
