Sales & Operations Manager - FMCG

Our client, a reputable global FMCG company, is looking for a Sales & Operations Manager.

[Key Responsibilities] (1) Sales (70%)

  • Oversee and own the P&L of the brand's product portfolio and achieve sales target
  • Person in charge to manage sales activities and build the strong relationship with retailers
  • Develop and manage the sell-in/sell-out sales strategies, grow the market share and optimize the sales revenue
  • Closely work with cross functional teams to ensure the sales process works smoothly including stock level monitoring, customer credits
  • Analyse sales performance with implication and report to management timely
  • Closely work with retailers, to build promotion plan and maintain strong business relationship
  • Research category trends, provide market insights to support management's decision making

(2) Operations (30%)

  • Initiate and lead the new business project
  • Lead the Long & Short term business strategy development
  • Lead the full product management process, including planning, execution, tracking and evaluation
  • Involved in demand planning, purchasing, marketing, sell-in/sell-out
  • Key person to communicate with HQ and UK office for EU business development
  • Closely work with Marketing and Sales team to plan, execute, monitor and review the operations, marketing and training
  • Lead and support the end to end marketing campaigns to boost the brands' awareness
  • Store Visit regularly to ensure the VMD and products are placed properly
  • Manage 2-3 direct reports for marketing and administrative support

[Requirements]
(1) Must have minimum 7 years' relevant experience within consumer goods or FMCG industry

(2) Experience in managing the full product management process from planning, execution & evaluation

(3) Well analytical skills, sales driven, ambitious, proactive and collaborative team player

(4) Proven experience in managing trade marketing campaigns

(5) Korean language skill is an advantage but not essential

[Conditions]
(1) Job type: full-time & 24 month contract (subject to be renewed or become permanent)

(2) Job location: Weybridge, Surrey (on-site car park, free shuttle from/to Weybridge station)

(3) Hybrid: 2 days work from home

(4) Working hours: 9am~5:30pm

(5) 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

(6) Basic salary: Up to 60K (depending on experience)

(7) Performance based bonus

(8) Benefits: subsidized lunch in office, pension, etc.
