Our client, an award winning, multi office independent Estate Agent with offices across Middlesex, Herts and Bucks are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work in their busy office in Northwood.
The Agency are very well established and highly regarded for the excellent level of customer service and advice they offer all of their clients as well as their extensive local market knowledge. They pride themselves on the services they offer in Sales, Lettings, Property Management and New Homes dealing in the high end property sector.
The ideal candidate must have a strong customer service background, with an excellent manner when dealing with customers. Your experience doesn't necessarily have to be in a lettings environment but an interest in the property sector as well as local knowledge of the area would be a great advantage.
You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working. You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator role include:
- Basic £15,000
- OTE £25,000
- Monday to Friday 8.30am-6.30pm & every other Saturday 9am-4pm

- Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa

- The ability to provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
- You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised, focused and accessible
