Position Overview
Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration sales and business growth.
- Generate Revenue through tendering for Projects
- Winning new business and customers through a range of techniques
- Managing key accounts and developing existing relationships
- Travelling to customer sites throughout Hampshire and neighbouring counties

Position Requirements
- Evidence of progressive leadership experience in the HVAC industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Strong technical understanding of environmental control systems and their applications in various sectors.
- Excellent technical knowledge of design and estimating HVAC systems
- Proven track record in driving business growth and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals.

Position Remuneration
- £65,000-75,000 per annum
- Future profit participation eligibility after 12 months of service
