About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a highly organized and motivated Administrator to join our client on a temp to perm basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the company, with comprehensive training provided to become the onsite Health and Safety Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
- Handle data entry and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in company databases.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in health and safety training programs and support the Health and Safety Administrator as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
