About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a highly organized and motivated Administrator to join our client on a temp to perm basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the company, with comprehensive training provided to become the onsite Health and Safety Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Handle data entry and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in company databases.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in health and safety training programs and support the Health and Safety Administrator as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
