Our client is a global SaaS type company with a range of accountancy software products supplying the FinTech market.. They are now seeking a Payroll Support Specialist with a strong accountancy (Payroll) software background for a post sales support role based at their impressive UK headquarters in central London. This is an 18 month contract initially with 2 days in their offices in London.
Duties
- Activate customer subscriptions and increase & accelerate adoption of other products.
- Support customers from the start of their entire journey
- Help develop the approach to customer activation and retention.
Skills
- Accounting or bookkeeping , Payroll and software knowledge.
- Ability to build urgency in customers to activate and use their subscriptions.
- Experience in engaging with customers via outbound calls and emails, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Experience delivering software-based product onboarding or training.
- Great communication skills
