Our client, a global Technology organisation, urgently require a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to undertake a long term contract.
In order to be successful, you will have the following experience:
- Experienced SuccessFactors consultant (Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM)
- Strong experience of ‘hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration
- Experience of delivering SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations
- Able to obtain SC Clearance with no restrictions
Within this role, you will be responsible for:

Leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisation

Integration of PMGM into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite

Plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops

Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap

Communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels

Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi location delivery model
