As an Accounts Assistant you will be part of the team responsible for the accuracy of costs through invoice postings and payments, and monthly account reconciliations.
This is a 9 month fixed-term contract, may lead to perm.
Your responsibilities will be Accounts Payable. Verification & processing of vendor invoices, Vendor queries, Vendor statement reconciliations. Maintenance of Vendor master accounts. Weekly blocked invoice reporting & follow up actions. Vendor payments
Verification of electronic attachments. Bank reconciliations. Cash allocation. Monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Weekly cash reporting. Monthly GRNI review & follow up
