Job Title: Marketing Executive (In-House)

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for digital platforms including website, social media, and email newsletters.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with our audience and monitoring trends.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Brand Management: Support the development and maintenance of a strong, consistent brand identity.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 1+ years proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in-house.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in marketing or related disciplines.
