Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced baker to join our team at our Ayrshire location. As a baker, you'll play a crucial role in producing delicious pastries, bread, and other baked goods for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of products, including bread, cakes, pastries, and pies.
- Follow established recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a baker in a factory or commercial bakery setting.
- Minimum of 2 years experienced in a similar environment
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or food production facility.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation to our Ayrshire location.
