£55,000 + Company Car + Pension + Medical Insurance + Lunch Allowance + Free Parking + More

Hybrid: 2 days from Home, 3 days in the office

Operations Manager's Core Duties

  • Develop supply strategies to improve flow and aging of products
  • Work with the sales and product teams to meet customer demand
  • Implement mechanisms to reduce aged stock
  • Work with dealers to ensure the right mix of models and production
  • Work with the sales team to support and recommend strategies to achieve targets
  • Support in the launch of new products
  • Work with stakeholders to discuss supply requirements
  • Report on current supply targets and recommendations at local and national level
  • Ensure supply SLAs are being met and action taken if required
  • Ensure distribution channels, and internal processes are efficient

Operations Manager's Skills Required

  • Prior experience as an Operations Manager within Supply
  • Experience within the automotive industry
  • Good project management skills
  • Good analytical skills and highly numerate with advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing
  • Excellent budget and cost management skills
  • Great communications and interpersonal skills
