Murray McIntosh are searching for a Mechanical Design Engineer to work for a key client of ours as detailed below:
This role will be predominantly focused on producing CAD designs, drawings and models with some calculations required but far more CAD than calcs.
Experience required:
- Previous Mechanical Design Engineering experience
- Producing CAD designs
- Carry out basic calculations.
- Able to write supporting technical documentation.
- Solidworks exp would be advantageous.
- Previous experience updating BOMs.
- Experience of Defence/Marine sector would be an advantage.
This role will involve working on site 5 days per week, 1 day a week at home might be possible later down the line but isn't guaranteed at this stage.
