Head of Product - Yorkshire - £65K
The company
Oscar Technology is partnered with a charity who have recently rewritten their legacy code and updated the technology used in the business. They are now looking for an experienced Product professional to drive forward the direction of the business now that they've made the changes to the tech to support this.
The role
This is an opportunity for someone to have real input into the future of the business, and work with other areas of the business to make improvements and add value to their Product portfolio. You will be leading a collaborative squad including Developers and Project Managers.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience leading a Product team, being responsible for owning the roadmap and delivering this. In this role you will be contributing to the company strategy so any experience with this will be an advantage.
- Be an extremely good problem solver and good organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder manager skills - you will be responsible for working with leaders of the business to understand their requirements and advise on a solution. You will also be working with external stakeholders, as they partner with other businesses.
The office is based in the Northeast, with the requirement to attend the office on average once per fortnight.
