Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and telemarketing, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective strategies and software utilisation, including Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to identify potential clients and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Utilise Salesforce and other software tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or telemarketing roles.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
