We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our clients Quality Assurance team as a Supplier Quality Engineer based in Oxfordshire.
As Supplier Quality Engineer Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure Supplier compliance with specifications and agreements.
- Drive Supplier Quality management in line with ISO standards.
- Resolve issues through analysis and corrective actions.
- Implement improvement plans for Supplier Quality.
- Collaborate with Procurement on Supplier selection and development.
- Participate in routine Supplier qualification and CAPA activities.
- Review Supplier risks and develop improvement strategies.
- Contribute to cross-functional quality initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Science or Engineering.
- Experience in regulated Quality Management.
- Proficiency in quality tools and techniques.
- Willingness to travel locally and overseas.
- Qualified lead auditor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
