Hales Group are happy to be working with very well-known brand throughout East Anglia!! They are looking for Warehouse Coordinator to join their successful warehouse team on
a 6 month FTC.
This is a challenging and rewarding role. The successful candidate would ideally have good IT skills, including an understanding of the SAPB1 system, as well as administration/time-management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
This role will be site-based working 40 hours a week on day shift with some flexibility to work from home on occasion.
The main duties will include
:
- Managing internal and external customer relationships
- Managing the order and invoice processing for all customers
- Overseeing and managing service levels to all customers
- Building a good relationship with our contracted haulier, and managing the flow of deliveries between us, them and our customers
- Being the main point of contact for invoicing queries
- Providing cover for the Warehouse Co-ordinator, to include REVL orders, PPE orders, tanker paperwork
- Producing documents, general office work and supporting the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisors
Day shift – Monday to Friday – 8.30am till 4.30pm
Duration is a 6 month FTC!
Salary is £25,000 per annum DOE
