Our client is a global business based in Central Reading looking to hire a Financial Analyst. The role reports to the Finance Manager and will be reporting and analysing the P&L looking at KPI's trends and supporting the business in making better business decisions by delivering useful insight. This role could suit someone looking to progress further with data analysis and could be someone who already has some experience in accounting but wanting a role more analytical role.
? Maintain and manage company commercial and financial data sets.
? Responsible for ensuring data integrity between various, multi-layer, data sets, source and global systems.
? Drive and document adoption, improvement, connection, and scaling of existing data sets, systems and the quality of the associated information.
? Responsible for preparing and issuing to deadline company sales data tables:

¦ League table reporting

? Responsible for the preparation of financial data packs for Quarterly Board meetings and AGM, together with supporting analysis.
? Responsible for the preparation and submission of external reporting to key stakeholders.
? Maintain and populate sales consultants billing tables on monthly basis.
? Prepare, maintain and update company budgets and forecasts.
? Provide regular analysis of commercial & financial data to relevant stakeholders.
? Monitor and evaluate commercial and financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed.
? Support company stakeholders and team members with other ad hoc tasks and reporting requirements.
A salary of £32,000-£38,000 is on offer plus benefits.
