Our key client is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join their team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. This role is essential as part of a sales team that manage sales across five live schemes located across various areas in London.
Sales Consultant - Who is our client?

Sales Consultant - Duties:
- Sales Management: Convert leads into viewings, reservations, exchanges, and completions while meeting established targets
- Customer Engagement: Conduct property viewings and events, providing a high-quality, customer-focused service throughout
- Documentation Preparation: Work with marketing to ensure accuracy in pricing, brochures, and related documents for launches
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise effectively with customers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors to facilitate smooth transactions
- Sales Monitoring: Identify and resolve any blockages in the sales process, implementing plans to ensure completion of transactions.
- CRM Management: Maintain the company CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date to inform future sales strategies.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to minimize complaints and uphold the company brand reputation
Sales Consultant - Person Profile:
- Previous experience within new homes sales for either a developer, agent or within affordable housing
- Good stakeholder management skills and experience working with solicitors, surveyors and internal teams etc
- Team orientated approach and can work cross departmental to drive company success
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Market research skills are highly desired and will be utilised
- Strong customer service ethos, with a drive to exceed expectation
- Adaptable with a positive attitude to everything you do
- Located in London and flexible to travel 3+ times a week to sites
Sales Consultant - Package & Benefits:
Salary - £35-40,000 basic
OTE £50-55k that includes per-unit bonuses, team-based commission, annual bonus.
12-month fixed term contract
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, the odd Saturday for site launches (time back in lieu)
Working pattern:
The role involves a flexible work arrangement, including a mix of office-based (1-2 days), site days (2-3 days) and remote workdays.
