Join my client, based in Glasgow City Centre, as an experienced Administrator/Data Entry Clerk on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Starting in August 2024, ensuring ample time to complete and clear your credit checks before beginning.

This is a fantastic chance for those with a background in applications/processing or financial services, though this is desirable rather than essential. Experience with Invest Cloud is also highly beneficial but not mandatory.

*Please note you MUST also be able to pass a Credit Check if successful*

Hybrid Model: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

Responsibilities:

- Processing new account/system information
- Handling a high volume of data and inputting it into the internal system
- Transferring client information between systems
- Meeting deadlines with a high daily workload
- Updating case notes on trackers to monitor case progression
- Accurately inputting and managing confidential information to ensure all new client accounts are current and correct

Requirements:

- Available to start in August 2024
- Computer literate
- Able to use your own initiative
- Able to follow guidelines and strict GDPR policies
- Confident in handling highly confidential information
- Strong attention to detail

To be successful in this role, you must pass a credit check.
