Your new role
Hays Procurement are excited to be recruiting a Procurement Analyst for a global organisation. The Procurement Analyst will support the Procurement team in building and leading team data and analytics, aligned to the overall Procurement strategy.
The Procurement analyst will work across multiple data sets and will have the opportunity to provide value-added data insights to enable informed and data-driven decision-making.
Furthermore, they will develop and maintain our reporting tools, data products and platforms, as well as the Procurement documentation, guidance, and communications.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to develop positive working relationships both internally and externally.
You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills,-high attention to detail with the ability to implement digital-driven improvements and be an advanced user of data visualisation tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau, with evidence ability to turn data insights into clear messages, objectives, and actions.
The successful candidate will have a good level of business and financial acumen in order to analyse and present data and be comfortable working in a complex and changing organisation.
