One of the leading mortgage brokers in the UK are looking to appoint a Customer Service Assistant in their offices based in Hadleigh.

Location Hadleigh / Hybrid
- Answering Inbound calls, transferring calls, taking messages, dealing with new enquiries, updating their CRM system.
- Entering data on to their CRM system, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy.
- Adding to their CRM system, calling and booking telephone appointments for all new Mortgage & Protection enquiries.
- Diary Management - completing diary tasks daily set by your Team Leader or Manager
- Providing cover for other team members when required.
- Ad-hoc tasks set by your Team Leader or Manager when required.
- Compulsory quarterly meeting in London for all staff.
Hybrid working, min. 3 days office and 2 days from home.
