Site Administrator role

Start ASAP - 2 YEAR CONTRACT

Responsibilities:

Rams register/ printing out and maintaining tracker
Manage incoming RAMS - See separate procedure
Print off
Distribute to relevant persons
Update tracker/ register
Monitoring share point filing.
Holiday/training chart.
Check community suggestion boxes
Update site noticeboards to ensure constant relevant information
Staff induction checking
Meet and greet visitors (manage PPE, parking permit and EV charging card issue to visitors)
Meeting room scheduling and protocol.
Office stationary managing and ordering .(safety related kier orders 4055/supervisor handbook)
Collate documents for contract meetings.
Sort out refreshments for meetings
Manage office deliveries.
Manage all keys (non switch room) ensuring booked in and out.
Assist with induction records and issuing Biosite cards
Monitor weekly safety returns and advise failing to owner.
Ensure that RAMS / TBT's / Health and Safety Checks (Mandatory & Site Specific) are kept up to date. The filing system associated with these documents are to be easily identifiable and accessible.
Manage 3 monthly review of RAMS and advise SM when reviews required & register ie plant
Active roll in office safety procedures
Manage orders and deliveries of sundry items for site management
Receipt and manage delivery tickets and return back to office as required
Assist in training staff in using relevant systems.
Liaise with site management i.e. respond to questions and requests for information
Operate SMART WASTE system for meter readings and any necessary paper work.
Ability to use Word / Excel / Power point / Outlook / View Point / Dalux / Any other software systems used on the project
Previous experience of working on a large construction project is valuable but not necessary.
Continuous improvement of systems and procedures on site is required and any comments or observations are welcome from the individual(s)
