Description

  • Lead and manage a team of regional recruiters to meet weekly hiring targets.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and operational teams to design and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain pipelines of candidates to ensure a steady supply to meet demand.
  • Manage recruitment marketing, employer branding, and attraction budgets.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment performance and optimise cost per hire.
  • Chair weekly recruitment meetings and provide ongoing support and training to recruitment teams.

Profile

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment with a deep understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
  • Expertise in recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.
