Description
- Lead and manage a team of regional recruiters to meet weekly hiring targets.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers and operational teams to design and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of candidates to ensure a steady supply to meet demand.
- Manage recruitment marketing, employer branding, and attraction budgets.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment performance and optimise cost per hire.
- Chair weekly recruitment meetings and provide ongoing support and training to recruitment teams.
Profile
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment with a deep understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Expertise in recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies in a fast-paced environment.
