Salary: £25,015.20 - £27,302.30 (FTE £29,120.00 - £31,782.40)
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Term-Time Only

Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in their learning and personal development, helping them reach their full potential.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive learning activities in collaboration with the class teacher.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with students to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to promote their growth.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare are maintained at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or 4 and above).
- Previous experience working with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Experience managing challenging behaviours and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
