Are you passionate about turning customer complaints into opportunities for positive change? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Resolution Advisor who will help us turn complaints into triumphs and shape exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Resolving customer complaints swiftly and effectively to prevent escalation.
  • Crafting clear and thorough responses to address customer concerns.
  • Recovering negative feedback and transforming it into positive outcomes.
  • Spotting trends to drive continuous improvement in our services.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with teams both within and outside our organisation.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assessing and agreeing fair compensation awards when necessary.

To excel in this role you'll need...

  • Previous experience in dealing with formal complaints, negative feedback, and service failures.
  • Strong team player with excellent customer service skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
  • Proficiency in IT and ability to process data accurately.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Negotiation skills and ability to identify areas for process improvement.

Experience in housing and familiarity with related housing management systems would be advantageous for you but these aren't essential - as long as you're adaptable we can teach you the rest!
