They are focused on building products of the future for use today. Their range of software products supports all aspects of the UK construction industry, including developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers.

Their mission is to accelerate the move to a decarbonized future, supporting businesses to accurately report, reduce, and promote their carbon footprint. We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team with the vision and tenacity needed to develop and bring to market a series of software products currently in development. Role Objectives:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for products.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new customers, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Manage new customer enquiries, including the Enquiries inbox.
  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of new customer onboarding, including scheduling and material preparation.
  • Schedule and coordinate onboarding activities, providing guidance and support to new customers throughout the process.
  • Conduct onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand customer context and goals, providing product information to best serve them.
  • Educate customers and optimize their product setup for the quickest path to success.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Assist customer support with issues and requests.
  • Provide materials to help customers learn best practices to achieve their desired outcomes faster and more efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of sustainability within construction an advantage but not essential.
  • Customer experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical training experience an advantage
  • Highly motivated individual who can work a hybrid role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow customer narratives to understand their point of view and find workable solutions to their issues.
  • Positive and friendly nature.
  • Ability to have a strong understanding of company products.
