Valuation Manager Guildford

An exciting opportunity for a Valuation Manager to join a successful Independent Agent with a network of branches over Surrey and Hampshire. The role will be based at the Guildford office.

Salary £23k Basic DOE, £35k+OTE

My client is looking for a motivated, confident individual to join their dynamic team based at the Woking Town Centre Branch as a Valuations Manager. You will help deliver a market leading service to sellers and buyers, through outstanding customer service and business development. This role would suit and experienced Senior Sales Consultant/Sales Manager or a Valuations manager who is looking for a fresh challenge or their next move into a more senior role.

Role responsibilities

  • Developing strong relationships with vendors, buyers and third parties
  • Branch figures
  • Arranging and attending viewings
  • Gaining buyer feedback and discussing with vendors
  • Dealing with offer negotiations
  • Registering applicants over the phone and loading onto property software
  • Maintaining an active buyer database
  • Business generation activities such as leaflet dropping and call outs
  • Upsell additional services
  • Working to targets, self managing KPI's and working on areas for improvement such as conversion rates
  • Booking Valuations
  • Taking new properties onto the market, including property listings, photos and floorplans
  • Property Valuations
  • Focussing on the customer journey to enhance our client experience

The Ideal candidate

  • Previous relevant experience in Valuing
  • Strong communication skills and a customer centric approach
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic self starter
  • Proactive, determined and target driven
  • Self disciplined with time management skills
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Adaptable and able to work on own initiative
  • Ambitious and keen to learn
  • Keen eye for detail and compliance oriented

Hours of work are 8.45am - 6.00pm Mon-Fri and 9am-5pm 1 in 3 Saturdays with time off in lieu
