About the school
An early years provider in Newcastle upon Tyne are looking for a new nursery nurse to join their friendly and supportive team in their nursery. The Head Teacher is looking for candidates that have a passion for supporting children in their early development phase. They will consider candidates that have a care background, university graduates or any educational setting experience.

Nursery Nurse role
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 3-4.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of daily activities.
- Promote the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the nursery adheres to all safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be available for work Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30pm on a long term basis. This roles is term time only .
- Willing to work with additional needs
- Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with ourselves)
- A fully checkable work history
