Are you an experienced building services maintenance technician with a strong background in maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems? Looking to work on a site which offers bags of overtime, training and career progression? Looking to work for a market leading FM service provider?
Duties
- Fault find on all refrigeration/chiller plants on site
- Fault find and maintenance on compressors
- Ensure that routine PPMs are carried out on all assets in accordance with site task schedules and
asset lists.
- Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order
at all times.
- Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared, and used for all tasks
undertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times.
- Maintenance of on-site chillers
- Servicing and strip down of AHU's/FCUs/VRVs/VRFs
Requirements
- Building services expeirence in commercial office/critical building
- F-Gas Level 1 (essential)
- NVQ/C&G in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration (Level 2 min)
- Understanding of electrical maintenance/electrical plant systems
- Can-do attitude - natural desire to learn and grow within the company
