My Client are a leading top 200 Legal Law firm renowned for their commitment to excellence and client-focused approach. Their Basildon office is seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a diverse range of private client matters with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include drafting Wills, managing Powers of Attorney, and administering Estates. Your ability to demonstrate technical expertise and efficiently manage your own caseload is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters independently.
  • Draft Wills and Powers of Attorney.
  • Administer Estates with minimal supervision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Attract new clients through self-marketing and general marketing activities.
  • Contribute to the department's growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in Private Client law.
  • Proven technical expertise and experience in handling a Private Client caseload.
  • Exceptional client handling skills with a sympathetic and professional approach.
  • Strong social and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for marketing and business development.
