Our client, a small high street firm of solicitors in Cornwall, are looking for a part-time Private Client Locum to join them from June.
You will be required to draft wills, administer estates, obtain probate, and prepare and advise on lasting powers of attorney.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with a wealth of experience gained in Private Client Law. You will be confident to handle matters on a largely standalone basis.
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week.
The role will ideally commence in Mid-June for a minimum of 3 months to provide recruitment gap cover.
As this is an office-based role you must be able to commute into the office in Cornwall.
