Working Shifts: 8:30-17:00 / 9:00-17:30 (flexible) 37.5 hours p/w

Duties of a Customer Coordinator:

Due to expansion

  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers (domestic and commercial)
  • Ordering parts and materials for projects
  • Project administrative support/tracking project progress
  • Managing supplier invoices
  • Coordinate safety projects (ensure customer site and works are compliant and safe)
  • Checking H&S site reports before recording on the database
  • Tracking customer payments and chasing where necessary

Customer Coordinator person spec:

  • Confident to challenge where applicable
  • Appetite to learn and progress
  • Experience of customer service is beneficial
  • Great organisational skills are essential

Our client is more focused on finding someone who would be a great team fit, which means previous experience in a similar field is not essential.
