Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking full-time temporary call centre staff to join our client's team for a short-term project. The primary responsibility will be calling customers to conduct an in-house survey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to conduct the satisfaction survey.
  • Accurately record survey results in a database for further analysis.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism during each call.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work full-time for the duration of the project (3-4 weeks).
  • Must be office-based in Darlington.
