Maintenance Plumber

£38,500 per annum
This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Plumber looking to join a well-known building service provider. We are looking for somebody who is capable of working at a high standard with a great understanding of building service maintenance with the ability to undergo any Plumbing tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of building systems through planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and Legionella checks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Plumbing and Heating (City and Guilds or equivalent), at least 3 years experience prior in similar roles, client facing attitude and ability to work well in a team.
Duties:
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Plumbing, Taps, Valves, Water Treatment, Tap Temperatures, Toilets, Pipes, Leaks
- Legionella awareness
- AHUs / FCUs
- Plant room checks
- General maintenance duties
Qualifications:
- Must have at least City and Guilds Level 2 plumbing and heating qualification
- At least 3 years experience prior in similar roles
- Client facing attitude
- Polite and personable
