Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

  • Passion for English: A genuine enthusiasm for literature and language, with the ability to inspire and engage students.
  • Teaching Experience: Proven experience teaching English, preferably at the secondary level, with a track record of successful student outcomes.
  • Qualifications: QTS/PGCE/Naric.
  • Innovative Teaching Methods: Creativity and a willingness to incorporate modern technology and diverse teaching strategies to enhance learning.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner.
