Do you have experience in manufacturing, dispensing, filling, and packing in the pharmaceutical industry? Are you passionate about ensuring safety, quality, and compliance? Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organisation in Dundee, is seeking enthusiastic Production Process Operators to join their team on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute dispensing, manufacturing, filling, and packing operations following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process instructions.
  • Set up equipment and prepare tools for seamless production operations.
  • Maintain equipment and the work area, promptly reporting any faults or deficiencies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all documentation, adhering to SOPs and data integrity policies.
  • Demonstrate cross-functional flexibility across various production areas.
  • Comply with risk assessments and COSHH data sheets to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any unsafe practises.
  • Maintain a personal training record folder and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Conduct daily Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP) audits, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by company management.

Qualifications:

  • High School qualifications with essential Standard Grade or equivalent in Maths and English.

- Desirable but not essential: Standard Grade or equivalent in Chemistry.

  • Relevant industry experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Understanding of cGMP principles within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, such as MS Office and network systems.
  • Familiarity with written technical work instructions, such as SOPs, modules, and manuals.
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work varying shift patterns.
  • Effective problem-solving and data collection abilities.
