A Revenue Manager is needed to oversee and maximise revenue streams, forecast future revenues and analyse financial trends. The successful candidate will liaise with multiple departments to ensure the company's financial goals are met.

Description
- Ensure financial risk on client matters are mitigated and areas of risk are identifiable and reporting to the CFO.
- Support the team with challenging areas, finding resolutions.
- Ensuring WIP Days are in line with target.
- Provide reliable monthly billing forecasts.
- Enforcing the loading of bills to ebilling platforms promptly and correctly
- Technical point of contact for billing queries on VAT, ebilling, exchange rate issues and disbursements
- Support the Billing Supervisor with streamlining processes and implementing new systems
- Delivering monthly Cash Collection Target
- Ensuring Debt Days are in line with target
- Supporting on problematic client debtors taking the lead as appropriate
- Provide reliable monthly cash collection forecasts
Profile
A successful Revenue Manager should have:
- Experience either supervising or managing an AR/Credit control team
- Excellent leadership skills and a strong communicator
- Ability to work under pressure and be a strong team player
- Possess good technical knowledge on billing, ebilling and VAT
- Experience in the legal industry would be highly beneficial to know how to speak to Partners
