Job Description:
Holden Knight Healthcare is recruiting for a Senior Social Worker and Social Worker on behalf of our client, a leading community organization in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex caseloads, providing expert safeguarding services to children and families.
- Undertake assessments, planning, and reviews, ensuring all interventions meet statutory requirements.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including health, education, and police, to develop and deliver effective care plans.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues within the team, contributing to a strong safeguarding culture.
- Participate in case discussions, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses in safeguarding cases.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Experience working in Safeguarding, ideally within a local authority or similar setting.
- Proven ability to manage complex and demanding caseloads.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to delivering the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
