About the Role:
As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for inspiring and educating students, fostering a creative and inclusive learning environment. You will develop and deliver engaging art lessons, assess student progress, and contribute to the overall positive ethos of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality art lessons that cater to various skill levels.
Encourage creativity and self-expression among students.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the art curriculum.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching art at the secondary school level.
Strong knowledge of the art curriculum and teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
