Position: Commercial Plumbing and Drainage Engineer
Location: London - mobile, within M25
Salary: circa £38-41k plus overtime and call out
Contract: Permanent
Due to expansion our client are recruiting an experienced Plumbing and Drainage Engineer to join their team undertaking commercial facilities maintenance- reactive works and PPM across their London contracts.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with excellent room to progress.
Duties include:
- General plumbing maintenance and repairs - reactive and planned preventative maintenance.across the contracts - commercial - office space, retail, etc
- Drainage maintenance - CCTV surveys, jetting.
- Working under your own initiative, operating in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the Company Health and Safety policy.
- Working closely with Contract Management team and Helpdesk to ensure smooth completion of tasks.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience of plumbing and drainage within commercial maintenance
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating systems/Drainage or an equivalent qualification.
- Alternatively, a time-served apprenticeship with the appropriate City and Guilds qualification in Plumbing or Drainage is also accepted.
