A prominent catering and hospitality group, managing a thriving portfolio of high-revenue campuses in the UK, is looking for a Deputy General Manager to join their senior team in the Education Sector. This role will report directly to the General Manager.

This role provides you with the autonomy to help manage a large, established team whilst supporting and managing the growth of the catering department.

The role of

Deputy General Manager

focuses on the commerciality of the school, helping to lead and guide the Managers and team to operate commercially, customer focused with high presentation and operation standards.

With a client population of circa 1000 on site, you will deliver foodservice across multiple food and drink outlets from café/deli to breakfast, hospitality to VIP evening events.
