Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, - Hybrid after probation
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000

Their aim is to provide financial solutions whether it's savings, investments, tax, estate planning etc.
Your day to day role will look something like this:
- First point of contact for all customer calls and emails -ability to take full ownership
- Educate and inform customers on the different financial products and services on offer for them
- Deal with all queries efficiently
- Build and maintain relationships both externally and internally
The ideal applicant will have:
- Attention to detail and be methodical with your work
- Excellent communication ability – both written and verbal (GCSE grades min C in both English and Maths)
- Proven experience gained from either an admin or customer service office based role
- A positive mindset with willingness to help when needed
